Terms of Service for DailyRedPokemon
Service
DailyRedPokemon, available at https://dailyredpokemon.com, is a free browser-based daily battle game and informational guide. It uses the Pokémon Showdown Gen 3 simulator through @pkmn/sim with a custom daily format, local browser saves, practice battles, and explanatory content. Features may be corrected, balanced, updated, or discontinued without notice.
Fan project and intellectual property
This is an independent fan-made learning project. It is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Nintendo, Creatures, Game Freak, or The Pokémon Company. Pokémon and related names, characters, and marks belong to their respective owners. No ownership of third-party intellectual property is claimed.
The site does not provide a FireRed ROM and does not claim complete parity with an official cartridge battle engine. Gameplay information is provided for entertainment and educational purposes.
Eligibility and acceptable use
Use the site only where lawful. Do not disrupt the service, bypass access controls, overload infrastructure, introduce malicious code, impersonate another person, or use the site to violate the rights of others. No account is required for the public game.
Local progress
Daily statistics are stored in your browser. Clearing storage, changing devices, private browsing, software errors, or product updates may remove or reset local progress. We do not guarantee restoration of streaks or results.
Availability and accuracy
The service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We aim to keep displayed rules and implemented behavior aligned, but do not warrant uninterrupted availability, perfect accuracy, a particular result, or full compatibility with every device.
Third-party services and assets
Hosting, analytics, shared destinations, and third-party assets may be governed by separate terms. A link, attribution, or local research copy does not represent endorsement or transfer of ownership.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the site operator is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss arising from use of, or inability to use, the service.
Privacy
The Privacy Policy explains local game storage and ordinary hosting data.
Changes
These terms may be updated to reflect changes in the service or applicable requirements. Continued use after publication of an update means you accept the revised terms.
